Hello Everyone, This is Ovais. Hope someone remembers. I am trying to get back in ..bought a tkp license in early Jan but can not back in as it says invalid TKP license. Sent number of emails to number of addresses but no response. Can any one help pls ? Thanks in advance. My email is siddiqui@optimum.net  

 

SOW committee is very much here but we are not getting response from our members. Its really hard to motivate all  
 
I do see tracks getting uploaded so Harshal or someone else is working on that. May be he doesn't want to interact with members like he used to before!!! My license is still valid and recently one of my friend joined taranaa...so this is really not dead yet!  

Bhai devil's advocate, can u pls help me get a valid license emailed ? I'd love to have it as nothing like it really still in the market. Asim, thank you for the response. I know it came from heart and you still love it. Await to receive a copy Azam. Thanks in advance.

I think at this point Harshal should shut down the subscription server, & announce on the main page something like: NEW SUBSCRIPTIONS/RENEWALS ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE AT TARANAA.  THE SUBSCRIPTION SERVER HAS BEEN SHUT DOWN.  This would alleviate confusions to any new or old members, to proceed w/their renewals or new subscriptions.  Last time when Harshal surfaced, he made it clear that Taranaa is more of a hobby & less of a business to him anymore.  And that's exactly what the man is doing.

First of all thanks for your staunch support! It means a lot to me. I completely agree that Harshal should communicate clearly and tell people if he cannot provide them with the services that he is claiming he would. That is simply bad business ethics ... or simply bad ethics, in general.
 
To clarify again, for some reason people have assumed that I am involved in managing Taranaa. Dosto, I am a music enthusiast like so many others. I used to call people to post songs and participate for "personal" reasons - I enjoy listening to all types of voices and then am able to connect to the human beings behind those voices through this Forum, emails, etc. I think being able to do that is a gift for which I will always be thankful. If it was not for Taranaa, I would not be able to hear some of those heavenly voices! Taranaa indeed has been the very first platform that started all this online. That is part of the reason some of us got so excited and spent time that in some cases considered selfishly stolen from our spouses and kids. For last couple of years, I have gotten extremely busy; so busy that despite my extreme desire, I have not been able to spend time with music – not on my blog, not with my music classes, and not on Taranaa! From the looks of it, the trend will continue for a while. That is all I have to say regarding my involvement with Taranaa.
 
Regarding Ali Shah’s note at a place which is reserved to post songs only, I do not know whether to laugh my head off or cry my eyes away! I have no clue what I have done to deserve the "Wrath of Shah" .... (by the way "Wrath of Khan" is still the authentic title). I have added his name to my SPAM filter!
